After designing the draft contract & the tender document, we then invite the insurance market to quote. Utilizing our extensive network & our bulk-buying advantage, we, in coordination with our clients, negotiate to achieve optimal price & cover.

Upon the preparation of at least three insurance offers, SANAD prepares a detailed comparison for your review.

 

Claims Management

Our Claims Management Process is a 3 Stage Cycle: Protection, Advocacy, & Learning.

Protection: True protection begins on Day One, where the client’s staff are correctly informed of their rights & obligations pre & post loss.

Advocacy: In the immediate aftermath of a claim, Client Advocacy Personnel are deployed to perform careful review of the claim & then work to ensure its resolution.

Insight & Iteration: With SANAD, your insurance contracts continue to change as we learn more about your organization.
