Construction All Risks (CAR) insurance provides comprehensive cover for construction, buildings and civil engineering projects. These include the construction of roads, commercial & residential estates, as well as tunnels, culverts, & bridges.
It can provide cover for the damage or destruction of the project works, equipment and machinery at the project site, & the principal’s existing or surrounding property, the cost of clearing related debris, and the relevant Third-Party Liability.
The policy can be arranged in the name of the contractor, the principal or joint names depending on the project requirement.
